Labeling machine process: Product entry --- Conveying --- Product inspection --- Flip-Product --- Conveying --- Labeling​

1. Driven by the conveyor belt, the product is automatically transferred to the left direction to the flip-mechanism position;

2. The product enters the position of the flipping mechanism and passes through the detection sensor; the PLC collects the detection signal and controls the flipping mechanism to flip;

3. After the flip is completed - enter the labeling station, the label is attached to the product, and the labeling roller presses the label tightly;

4. The product moves forward under the action of the conveyor belt;
